I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Experimac in Orchard Park. I had an iPhone 5s that was starting to run slow so I called up one day and spoke with my man Chris. What a guy, I tell ya! He suggested that I come by so he could have a look at the phone. He mentioned that I could do some repairs to the phone to boost its performance. He also informed me of the iPhone SE, which is essentially an upgraded 5s. I ended up deciding to upgrade on the spot and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. While in the shop, I also had a chance to meet Jeff (the owner) and Josh (the head tech) and this will be my go-to stop for any of my future Apple needs. They do it all and they’re going to do everything possible to make your experience a positive one. 5 STARS!

I am currently in graduate school for physical therapy and Chris and his team has helped me so much with my Mac keeping it in top shape for all my assignments and note taking. Being in school means I need my stuff back as soon as possible to be prepared for class. Chris works efficiently and in a timely manner to make sure I have my computer back in time.
