excellent shop
Got my iPhone 6s back up to speed with a new battery. They also gratefully pointed out that my “refurbished” phone that I got under Verizon’s Assurian plan was not thoroughly refurbished and was missing screws inside of phone. Would HIGHLY recommend this excellent shop!

I have had an iPhone 7 for almost a year and still struggled using it. I had problems with my Apple ID being disabled therefore I could not do upgrades, buy or install apps or connect to icloud - not that I knew how to do any of that. By chance I found out that classes are offered. Gina was wonderful - she was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. She fixed the issues and got me up to speed. I am very happy with their customer service and will be back for other classes and an iPad.

I went in for a cracked iPhone screen and a new battery for my kids’ phones....I would definitely go back and send friends in! I was in and out fast.....
People were knowledgeable....
Prices were extremely fair...much better than the Apple store...
