My daughter's hard drive crashed and we were told it was hopeless. Not true!! Experimac was able to retrieve all of her data and load it on to a new hard drive. Friendly, caring and hard working and so knowledgeable! No hard sell. Just helpful! And did I say that the big store at the mall said it was a total loss?!!!!! Can't say enough. I called Experimac when I thought I could have had a virus. Jeff was great, so I took it in. and said it would be done within two hours and that they knew exactly what it was.
