Last night I stopped into Experimac with a broken iPhone screen. Jeff, Gina, and their great staff had my phone fixed and looking brand new in under an hour. Highly recommended!

Went to Experimac to get a new battery for my iPhone 6 and Jeff and the staff were so helpful. They took my phone and in less than an hour it was all changed and it has been operating like new. Before you get rid of a phone because you think it's bad check with Experimac and you will be surprised what they can do. Best part they charged way less than I was quoted at Verizon!!!!!

I purchased my first Apple computer yesterday from Jeff and the Experimac staff and I can't say enough about the service and care I received from the minute I walked through the door. I've always been a PC user, mostly because I've never had the extra money to buy a new macbook or apple product. Jeff and Chris walked me through all of my options, thoroughly explained each of my options from an iPad with a connectable key board to the highest priced macbook. They didn't try to upsell me or put me into something I didn't need like you often get at the Apple store or a big retailer. Instead, they genuinely sought out my wants and needs in my next computer and hooked me up with the best laptop that best fit me at an incredible price. I'm so thankful I found out about Experimac before going anywhere elsewhere an overpaying for a product I likely didn't need. I hope before you buy your next laptop or tablet, heck even an iPhone or any apple product, you stop down and see Jeff first. If he doesn't have it right then and there, he'll locate a product that match all your specifications at a lower price. You'll also be supporting a small business with a couple of class acts running it. I'll surely be back again!
