Less than one week before taking the Bar exam my laptop decided now was the perfect time to need a screen repair. I was worried and concerned to say the least! No other store seemed able to help me in less than 7-10 days, until I called Experimac. They were so lovely and understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to ensure I was ready for my exam. They express ordered the part needed and only needed to keep the laptop in the shop for a couple of hours. The laptop looks good as new and the price was incredibly reasonable (seriously, I probably would have paid twice as much). I cannot thank or recommend them enough!!

Incredible customer service. I went in after being told by my service provider that my phone was shot and I would need to purchase a new one. Jeff took about 10 minutes and, after running some diagnostics, told me that it was just a glitch and my phone is perfectly fine! Never going anywhere else for my phone. They’re so friendly and patient with customers.

I was having problems with my gaming laptop, (games were lagging that shouldn't lag,) so I did a little bit of research as to who I could take it to. Upon stumbling upon Experimac, I saw that they were highly rated, so I figured I would try to give them a shot. The customer service was phenomenal to say the least, and they did a free diagnostic and found that the graphics card was shot. They worked with me and tried to obtain the part from the manufacturer, and despite getting no feedback from the manufacturer at all, they still tried to look at outside sources to get the required part, even though I had yet to spend a single penny on their services, and even worked on helping me find a replacement gaming laptop. They will definitely have my business for any computer issues I may have, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of computer/tablet/smartphone repairs.
really took care of me
Jeff and his team really took care of me. They were able to remove the hard drive out of my old 2005 iMac that no longer powered up and recover data and more importantly pictures that we haven’t seen in years. Thanks guys!
