Awesome righteous people!

I make my living from my Mac and admittedly was a little panic stricken when I could not get past the spinny beach ball. These guys had me diagnosed with a bad hard drive and on my way in maybe 30 minutes. I'm pretty good about keeping a bootable back up drive and mostly know how to swap it for a new one. They didn't have my 2T SSHD in stock so they helped confirm where to buy one and how to do the swap. I was in such a jamb (and they knew it) so they could have charged me just about anything and I would have paid it—but they didn't. Awesome righteous people!
