professional, yet friendly

Experimac did what the Apple Genius could not. From the minute I stepped in the store, I felt at ease. The atmosphere is professional, yet friendly. Even though my iPhone SE had absolutely no memory left and no backups, there was no judgement. I just wanted my precious photos back. Chris said he would do all he could to get them back, and he did! He explained everything he did, in terms even I could understand. The 45 minutes or so he took - compared to the Apple Genius's 15 minutes - worked. As the photos started appearing on the screen, it felt like Christmas in October!
Thanks to the salesman at the Verizon Store at Quaker Crossing, for pointing me to this awesome place. Getting my photos back on my new iPhone 8 (which I will be backing up!), was more than worth the very reasonable tech fee. I will be back. Experimac came to the Rescue! Thank You, Chris!
