very happy

I have had an iPhone 7 for almost a year and still struggled using it. I had problems with my Apple ID being disabled therefore I could not do upgrades, buy or install apps or connect to icloud - not that I knew how to do any of that. By chance I found out that classes are offered. Gina was wonderful - she was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. She fixed the issues and got me up to speed. I am very happy with their customer service and will be back for other classes and an iPad.
