Had a problem with my iPad not charging properly. Took it to Jeff and the staff at Experimac, they told me about a update I had missed. Brought it home it still was not working properly, went back they charged and stressed my iPad and said it was not a battery issue. No charge for today. I am using it now and it seem fine, let’s see what happens. I will be returning for any problems with my apple products. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I would HIGHLY tell everyone to go here... THANK YOU you are GREAT
