caring and hard working

My daughter's hard drive crashed and we were told it was hopeless. Not true!! Experimac was able to retrieve all of her data and load it on to a new hard drive. Friendly, caring and hard working and so knowledgeable! No hard sell. Just helpful! And did I say that the big store at the mall said it was a total loss?!!!!! Can't say enough. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
