What an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience! I came to Experimac to get the battery on my iPhone checked. Chris, the associate with whom I worked could not have been more professional, courteous or helpful! In addition to checking the battery, he spent an inordinate amount of time addressing a problem I had been having with Apple Pay. (A problem that the Apple store was unable to fix). He was super patient and could not have been more patient. I left there convinced that this is the place I would be re-visiting again should I encounter any problems with my cellular devices. Can’t recommend Experimac enough for their knowledge, professionalism and outstanding customer service!
