kind and attentive

I went into experimac after leaving the apple store being told there was nothing I could do for my laptop. I had spilled water on it and apple had wanted me to pay $800 to have it shipped out and fixed because simply drying it out was not an option for them. I left apple and went straight to Experimac where they immediately took my laptop and started the process of drying it out. Now I have my laptop back and it is working great! Amazing customer service, so kind and attentive. I would recommend Experimac to anyone who needs help with their computer and will continue to use them as a service when needed!
