After visiting other repair shops, BestBuy, and Apple who all told me that my macbook pro screen had a broken light and it would take at least $700 to fix, Jeff fixed my laptop in just a few minutes. He re-diagnosed the problem which was as simple as removing the back of my laptop and reconnecting the logic board. He was incredibly efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
